WHAT TEAM IS BEST FOR YOUR ATHLETE?
CLUB (Local)
Club teams are formed for each age division (12U-18U). Athletes are viewed and evaluated at tryouts, and teams are formed by a collaborative effort of our coaching staff. Team practice is two days a week for two hours each time The club teams will participate in the “ Lake Michigan Club Power League” where they will compete in tournaments over the course of each season. Tournaments are located within West Michigan. On top of the set power league dates, teams will compete in two day events. The tournaments are in the Grand Rapids area (MLK, Volleyfest and MJVBA).
3 Month Commitment: We offer two club seasons; Winter (December-March) and Spring (March-June). Each season has a set tryout date.
6 Month Commitment (new): We are offering a 6 month option this year for our club teams. Players will register for Winter tryouts and be committed to their set team and coach for the full 6 months. This can help foster the teams overall development, team chemistry and level as they progress over the six months.
REGIONAL (Light Travel)
Regional teams are formed for ages 13u-18u. Regional teams are a 3 month commitment. Athletes are viewed and evaluated at tryouts, and teams are formed by a collaborative effort of our coaching staff. Team practice is two days a week for two hours each time. The Regional teams will participate in the Open Power League, where they will compete in multiple tournament dates over the course of each season.

PREMIER (Travel)
Premier teams are formed for ages 14u-18u. The premier teams are a 6 month commitment. Athletes are viewed and evaluated at tryouts, and teams are formed by a collaborative effort of our coaching staff. Teams will practice twice a week for 2 hours and 45 minutes. Scheduled position training will be on a Sunday of non-tournament weekend. The premier teams will play in the Open Division between the months of December-June.
