Hey there! I'm Keilahna Wilks (Castillo) but many people call me ‘Coach Nani’ …and volleyball has been my passion since I could walk! Growing up, I played AAU volleyball here at Impact, exploring different positions and fine-tuning my skills along the way. My journey led me to Calvin College, where I proudly wore the Libero jersey for 4 incredible years, & I had the privilege of winning a DIII National Championship title in 2016. I’ve been coaching at Impact for 4+ years & I’m driven by a deep love for the game and a desire to pass on everything I've learned to the next generation of Impact players! 

A fun fact about me is that I have swam with whale sharks and sea turtles - I love being near and in the ocean!

Hi! My name is Meghan O’Sullivan. I play volleyball at Grand Valley State University, and I'm majoring in marketing. I'm originally from a small town, Sugar Grove, in Illinois. I’ve played volleyball for about 8 years as a setter/pin hitter. I’ve also worked at several elite, all

skills and overnight volleyball training camps the past few years, as well as ran my own private lessons. Fun fact: In my free time I love baking cookies!

My name is Laura Hamacher.  I’ve been coaching volleyball for about 20 years.  I coached  Varsity for 10 years and then started coaching again when my youngest daughter wanted to play at age 12.  She went on to play at the University of Michigan as a DS/Libero.  I’ve been coaching at Impact for about 8 years and absolutely love working with players to improve their skills and confidence.

Hi! I’m Coach Haili Poortenga, a student at Ferris State University and am majoring in architecture. I was a player at Impact for five years and then decided to coach. I coached 12u and am currently coaching youth development. I love this game so much just as much as I love coaching the game. A fun fact about me is I love country music.

Hi! My name is Jacalyn Jarvie! I am a Junior at Grand Valley State University pursuing a degree in elementary education. Volleyball has been a huge part of my life for the past 13 years. I played throughout grade school as well as on various club teams and at the JUCO level as a setter/DS. In addition to playing, I was blessed with the opportunity to coach for the last 3 years! I began my coaching career at Legacy, a Club near my hometown on the east-side of the state, from ages 13-17u (levels club to elite). As I moved to Grand Rapids, I resumed my love for coaching here at Impact! My goals as a coach are to help each player grow in skills, gain confidence, and find love for the game. A fun fact about me is in addition to playing volleyball, I also played travel ice hockey since I was 10 years old.

Hi, my name is Keyden. I grew in the Impact community. I have been surrounded by very knowledgeable and experienced coaches. I have been an assistant coach at the premier level for 4 years, including our boys team. I am a student of the game of Volleyball. Fun Fact: I’m the loudest. 

Hi, my name is Jenna Blum! I play volleyball at Hope College and I am studying psychology. I am from the area and I grew up at Impact! I have played volleyball for about 8 years where I specialized as a pin hitter and DS/libero. I help coach the youth development program and I also coach 12u. I get so excited coaching the beautiful game of volleyball. A fun fact about me is that I am a huge Cailtlin Clark fan!

Hi! I’m Hannah Dix, a recent graduate of Hope College with degrees in Communication and Leadership. Volleyball has been a big part of my life—I grew up playing at Impact and continued throughout my high school career at Jenison as a DS/Libero. For the past four years, I've had the incredible opportunity to coach Club volleyball here at Impact, where I've found great joy in helping players develop their skills and passion for the game. Fun fact: in the fall you can find me coaching the freshman team at Hudsonville!

Hi, my name is Troy! I will be attending Calvin University in the fall where I will be playing men’s volleyball. I have played at Impact for 3 years where I specialized as a pin hitter/DS and have coached 15U and 12U girls this past season. I can’t wait to work with all of you! Fun fact: I also play beach volleyball!
